This is a copy of an old frame found in Vancouver. I stylized its carving to have the same charm as the original.

Because the original had no finish, the wood was left to oxidize naturally leaving a dry, dark appearance. This is a difficult look to reproduce, but was attained by many layers of powdery toner applications.
